Abstract

In the Middle Ages, the parish of Vrhbosna was formed in the area of Sarajevo and Visočkopolje, which included the area of the headwaters of the Bosna River and the basins of its tributaries Miljacka, Željeznica and Zujevina. This work includes the technical processing of the medieval tombstone (stećak) and Muslim tombstones (nišan) at the site in Mrkovići, Centar Sarajevo Municipality.
