Book Promotion: “Bosnian Table” by Dr. Enes Kujundžić
Today, a promotion of the book Bosnian Table by Dr. Enes Kujundžić was held at Brusa Bezistan.
The gathering was opened by the Director of the Museum of Sarajevo, Indira Kučuk-Sorguč, who emphasized the importance of publishing works that preserve and promote the gastronomic heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The author, Dr. Kujundžić, expressed his gratitude to those present and gave the floor to Raif Ćehajić, publicist and book promoter, who presented this valuable edition in an engaging and informative way.
In his address, Dr. Kujundžić also mentioned several individuals who have greatly contributed to preserving the country’s culinary traditions, among whom he especially highlighted Alija Lakišić and Prof. Dr. Lamija Hadžiosmanović.
