The past year was exceptionally fruitful and successful for the Museum of Sarajevo. We held numerous exhibitions, both independently and in collaboration with other institutions, and organized educational and creative workshops, public lectures, and cultural-artistic programs that captured the attention of our visitors.
A special moment for all of us was the promotion of our first museum monograph, “75 godina u službi kulture in/ 75 years in the service of culture.” This book is more than just a collection of facts – it is a story about people, dedicated work, passion, and love for the culture of Sarajevo. Through its pages, the monograph preserves the Museum’s heritage and reminds us of all the successes, as well as the challenges we have overcome over seven and a half decades.
We thank all our visitors, collaborators, and friends of the Museum who followed and supported us throughout 2025. Together, we preserve and share Sarajevo’s cultural heritage – because culture connects, inspires, and endures.
