Ovi predmeti postat će dio stalne kolekcije Muzeja 80-tih.

Zahvaljujemo na toploj dobrodošlici!

Representatives of the Museum of Sarajevo, the central museum institution in Sarajevo Canton responsible for expert review and oversight of newly established museums, visited the Museum of the 80s yesterday. This museum was recently opened as a separate organizational unit of the Bosnian Museums of Memory.
The delegation included museum advisors Žanka Dodig, Mirsad Avdić, and Moamer Šehović, senior curator Igor Radovanović, and the director of the Museum of Sarajevo, Indira Kučuk-Sorguč.

In the authentic retro ambiance of the 1980s, they were warmly welcomed by director Merisa Topalović and her professional curatorial team. The visit began with coffee in the living room – just the way it used to be done.
As a gesture of support for the work of this new museum unit, the Museum of Sarajevo gifted the Museum of the 80s several authentic items from that era – Hanka Paldum long play records and a metal cigarette box with vintage matches. These items will become part of the permanent collection of the Museum of the 80s.

We thank the hosts for their warm welcome!
