As part of the National Theatre Sarajevo’s special programme “Culture on the Streets!”, the concert “Sevdah – World Reconnected”, performed by Mona Muratović and Vedran Vujica, was held at Svrzo’s House on 30 August.
“Sevdah – World Reconnected” is an original project by actress Mona Muratović, conceived at the intersection of concert and theatre, which tells the story of Sarajevo through sevdah.
The aim of “Culture on the Streets!” is to bring culture and the arts closer to the public by engaging young professional artists and presenting high-quality programmes and performances.
On 12 September 2026, audiences will have the opportunity to enjoy a concert by the soloists and Opera Choir
of the National Theatre Sarajevo at Svrzo’s House.
The National Theatre Sarajevo’s special programme “Culture on the Streets!” is held under the patronage of the Government of Sarajevo Canton. Admission to all events produced as part of the programme is free of charge.
